Our GROUP INTRO – DIAGNOSTIC CLASS will give you access to our philosophy and we will make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, know the movements you will be performing and making sure you are part of the JTS-UFB community before you start your first class! Coached by a JTS-UFB coach, we will cover who, what, where, when and why are program is what it is, as well as put you through a full on workout, that is intense but will not kill you. More than anything else, show up with a desire to both learn (as you would in a classroom) and take part (as you would in a gym)!
We will cover basic movements including
- Squat: Air squat, overhead squat, front squat
- Push up
- Pullup, ring row, kipping pull-up
- Press and push press
Our Jowers Training Systems Intro-Diagnostic session is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.
We hold two group Intro classes a week and reservations are required (we have a max capacity of 15 per class). The class typically lasts about 70 minutes. Make sure when you make your reservation, that you are committed to attending and you will be able to stay through to the end of the session.
