Lean Lifting is a women only program designed to:
• Improve strength & power
• Increase agility & coordination 
• Build a strong & confident woman

Come build muscle in a small group environment designed to provide an
aggressive strength-building workout with heavy weights, and intense coaching!

Lean Lifting is every Tuesday & Thursday at 10am.
• Space is limited to 10 women per 4 week session
• 8 small group classes for $57.

This program is the perfect compliment to your weekly bootcamp classes!
